After two years of construction, the Guangdong Museum Collection Database has been officially put into use recently. The database has collected data on more than 1 million exhibits, which will be gradually open to the public in the future.

By the end of 2022, there were 377 museums on record in Guangdong province, including 252 state-owned museums and 125 non-state-owned ones, ranking fourth in the country. To be more specific, there are 82 national-grade museums, ranking second in the country (including 10 first-grade, 30 second-grade and 42 third-grade museums). The total number of collections reaches 2.6511 million pieces or sets, ranking fourth in the country.

It is said that the Guangdong Museum Collection Database will be open to cultural heritage departments at all levels in Guangdong Province and local recorded museums. The database includes four modules: portal, collection management, digital resources and system management. It has five major functions: collection business management, collection data management, collection data sharing, collection data opening, and collection infographics.

The cultural heritage departments can use the database to monitor the number and management status of cultural relics in different regions, while museums can use the database to manage collection business and analyze collection data in-depth. This platform can help museums cooperate in research, exhibitions and dissemination.

"In the future, the database will also be open to the public gradually". The relevant person in charge said that they are still exploring the standards for data sharing. Once it is formulated, the open data will be shared step by step, which will be free for sharing and use.

Next, Guangdong Museum will continue to build the database: keep adding collection data and business data, and improve the data sharing and the infographics of collections, which are beneficial for in-depth analysis and utilization of collection data. What"s more, the Museum will expand the scope of data management from collection to exhibitions, audiences, education, and cultural creation, providing data support and technical assistance for managing museums in Guangdong.

廣東博物館：100多萬(wàn)件藏品數(shù)據(jù)，向大眾免費(fèi)公開共享

歷經(jīng)兩年建設(shè)，廣東博物館藏品數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)已于近期正式投入使用。目前，該數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)已收錄了100多萬(wàn)件藏品的數(shù)據(jù)，未來(lái)將逐步將文物藏品數(shù)據(jù)向社會(huì)大眾公開共享。

截至2022年年底，廣東省共有備案博物館377個(gè)，其中國(guó)有博物館252個(gè)、非國(guó)有博物館125個(gè)，數(shù)量居全國(guó)第四位；國(guó)家一、二、三級(jí)博物館82個(gè)，其中一級(jí)10個(gè)、二級(jí)30個(gè)、三級(jí)42個(gè)，定級(jí)總量居全國(guó)第二位；博物館藏品總數(shù)265.11萬(wàn)件/套，數(shù)量居全國(guó)第四位。

據(jù)介紹，廣東博物館藏品數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)會(huì)面向廣東省內(nèi)各級(jí)文物主管部門及全省備案博物館開放使用，該數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)包含“綜合門戶”“藏品管理”“數(shù)字資源”“系統(tǒng)管理”四個(gè)模塊，具備藏品業(yè)務(wù)管理、藏品數(shù)據(jù)管理、藏品數(shù)據(jù)館際共享、藏品數(shù)據(jù)社會(huì)公開、藏品知識(shí)圖譜五大功能。

省內(nèi)各級(jí)文物主管部門可利用該數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)動(dòng)態(tài)掌握區(qū)域內(nèi)文物數(shù)量和管理現(xiàn)狀；博物館可利用該數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行藏品業(yè)務(wù)管理，深度分析藏品數(shù)據(jù)，在研究、展示、傳播方面實(shí)現(xiàn)跨館協(xié)作。

“未來(lái)，該數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)還將逐步向社會(huì)大眾公開共享。”相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人表示，目前正在探索制定藏品數(shù)據(jù)公開共享的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定后會(huì)陸續(xù)推進(jìn)公開共享，而社會(huì)大眾共享使用這些數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)不用付費(fèi)。

接下來(lái)，廣東將接續(xù)推進(jìn)該數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的建設(shè)工作。包括持續(xù)補(bǔ)充博物館藏品數(shù)據(jù)和業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)，健全完善館藏資源的開放共享功能；持續(xù)完善擴(kuò)充文物知識(shí)圖譜，為藏品數(shù)據(jù)的深度分析和利用提供更高效的輔助；在全省博物館藏品數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的基礎(chǔ)上擴(kuò)大數(shù)據(jù)管理范圍，動(dòng)態(tài)掌握省內(nèi)博物館展覽、觀眾、教育、文創(chuàng)的運(yùn)行狀況，為廣東省文博管理工作提供數(shù)據(jù)支撐和技術(shù)保障。(更多新聞資訊，請(qǐng)關(guān)注羊城派 pai.ycwb.com)
